Meet Tracey Goldenberg
Tracey has built our team from scratch and has become a power house and a top team in the Boynton Beach area. She holds her Brokers License, is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, has her Transnational Referral Certification, is a member of the Realtors Association of The Palm Beaches Honor Society, and currently serves at the 2011 Membership Chair for the State Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors.Tracey has served as Governor Forum Chair 2010, Governor of the Year 2009 and Florida Realtors® Director. Coupled with her volunteer efforts, she and her team also win numerous productivity awards each year. Tracey makes a positive difference in the lives of every buyer or seller she works with. Her personal motivation is “how many lives can I impact today?” Tracey constantly strives to increase her ability to provide her clients the most up to date skills and knowledge available to successfully complete the buying or selling of their home.

Meet Steve Schour
Born in Brooklyn, NY, Steve was raised in Matawan, NJ and lived in Smithtown, NY on Long Island for 13 years. Steve is married with two children, a retired 1st Lt. in the Army Reserves and after a successful 25-year career in the Financial Services Industry turned to Real Estate. Steve has dealt in Real Estate for over 18 years both in New Jersey and in Florida. Steve is fully committed to offering the highest standard of personalized service and expert guidance to our clients. He specializes as a Buyer’s Agent, is knowledgeable in contracts, negotiations and ensuring a smooth transition from contract to the closing table. Steve has the technology and resources to provide buyers with the detailed information they desire, and the ability to respond instantly to online inquiries. Meet Heather Snitil
Heather is the Director of Operations for our team. Tracey and Steve refer to Heather as the "nerve center" of the team. She works with our clients to make sure everyone’s needs are met and any questions are answered. Heather wears many hats on our team. From the marketing of your home to closing the sale, Heather works with you every step of the way. Once we have a contract on your home, Heather goes into action! Working with the intricacies of a real estate transaction is extremely important, whether buying or selling.
